We offer refunds or exchanges on products within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at timp@timsfantasticfungi.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.
- Conditions for Refunds or Exchanges
a. The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags attached.
b. The product must not have been used or damaged.
c. The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
d. The product must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:
a. Gift cards
b. Grow kits that have been opened or used
c. Products that have been damaged after delivery or have been used
d. Products that have been tampered with or altered in any way
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was received in error.
- Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
